You are the manager of a cardiac intensive care unit. The unit census has been declining annually, yet your staffing ratios have been high. It is time for you to create your managerial plan annual budget. In this case study, discuss what you would include in your request for your departmental and capital budgets. What would you review before you make your request? Are there any cost reports you would use to make an informed request? Are there any capital requests your department may need?
Your textbook and one library resource is required for this assignment. Your case study must be at least two pages in length. Adhere to APA Style when constructing this assignment, including in-text citations and references for all sources that are used. Please note that no abstract is needed.
