Analytical historical research paper. All sources must be cited, including the textbook, lectures, and readings. You must also include at least three outside sources from any of the following:
A book published by a university press (this makes the book more likely to be peer-reviewed). Many are available on Google books. (I prefer books published since 1991, but will make certain exceptions).
An article, published since 1991, in a peer-reviewed scholarly journal, accessible from EBSCOhost, JSTOR, etc.
A university-run website.
