Because the senior project is a business case, evidence is the form of research, studies, published statistics, articles/journals must be
referenced and cited whenever a claim or statement is made. Assertions should be supported with facts.

Case II emphasizes strategy generation and evaluation. The purpose of Case II is to identify a manageable set of strategic alternatives for the
company to consider adopting as it moves forward and ultimately to select what you judge to be the best among the alternatives.

multiple suppliers and/or customers, then identify them as they may have very different levels of bargaining power. Plan on conducting outside research to support your analysis in this section.

Competitive Strategies
Use one of the following matching techniques from Chapter 6 (all of which are alternative tools for aligning key external and internal factors):
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) Matrix
Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix
Grand Strategy Matrix
In addition to creating one of the above matrices, be sure to include written paragraphs that explain the rationale behind what is depicted in
your matrix. Also, explain how the matching tool you selected applies to your firm.
