You are the Crime Analyst for your community police agency. You are asked to assist
the local task force and District Attorney in resolving these issues.
Instructions:
Using the Excel data spreadsheet of the crimes, offenders, and locations, create
a list of the ten most frequent offenders.
o Provide information about what types of crimes they are responsible for
and the locations where the crimes occurred.
o Use the template provided for the list or you may create your own.
o Explain why each person, individually, made the Top 10 list.
After compiling the data,
o How did you determine who would be on the Top 10 list? How did you use
the S.A.R.A. process to determine who was on the Top 10 list?
o Explain why knowing who the repeat offenders are in this list is important
to police.
o Explain what can be done with the information.
Requirements:
Maximum 2 pages in length, excluding the Title and Reference page.
APA format, including an in-text citation for referenced works.
