What you have completed for Group Assignments 1-3 will help you finalize your report. Take all of the entries and compile them into one Word document. Then, incorporate and address all of the feedback I have provided for those assignments. Once that text is updated, then follow the steps below:
1. Using the text from Assignment 1, introduce the group you selected for this project in a paragraph or two.
2. In that introduction, establish the goal of your paper: to explore the group dynamics with a focus on climate and meeting facilitation. Put a spin on this stated goal that is custom to your observation.
3. Create transition sentences for your two sections of the body of your paper so that it is a seamless essay.
4. Provide 3-5 recommendations for the group you selected based on your observations AND class content. Please make sure to use the class concepts throughout the paper and specifically in these recommendations. It helps if you underline the concepts when you introduce them in your analysis.
5. Provide a one-paragraph conclusion that wraps up the report.
This assignment has no page limits. I only ask that you proofread for grammar AND flow. Additionally, please cite when you use content from the readings.
