Watch at least two videos on YouTube for each of the four viral cases named below and analyze WHY they went viral. Your answer should be based on what we have learned in class as well as other factors that are not covered in this class.
Search for videos on the following four viral cases. Watch a couple of the videos that have over a million views for each case.
1. Planking
2. The BTS #PermissiontoDane Challenge
3. The mannequin challenge
4. Your Choice of Viral Case
Your assignment should include the following:
• URLs of the videos you watched
• The factors you believe led each of these events to become viral
• What did you like best about the videos? Why?
• What did you like least about the videos? Why?
• What were you thinking as you finished watching each video?
Your response should be in full sentences, and you may answer each question separately.
Format: up to five pages, double-spaced, one-inch margin for all four sides
