Prison State
What are the primary issues they address in this documentary regarding the operation of our prison system?
Is there anything that can be done to make the system better? Explain?
Of the people that were profiled in the documentary, do you believe the system failed them? Why or why not?
If the system failed, what could have helped them improve their likelihood of succeeding?
The assignment should be approximately two to three pages in length. It will be in an essay format, requiring you to demonstrate you have read/watched the assignments and analyzed the content. Completed assignments will be submitted to the D2L site by the beginning of class on the date identified.

The text of the assignment should be in 12pt. Cambria, Calibri, or Times New Roman font, double-spaced with one-inch margins. If you reference any source it must be properly cited in APA format. You are encouraged to use outside sources if they apply to the assignment.
Your work will be graded on its ability to go beyond the basic requirements and demonstrate some insight into the material. The goal is not only to demonstrate your familiarity with the material, but also to exhibit your ability to analyze the positions of the authors/creators and apply that to real world issues
