Crisis situations come in many different forms and it is critical for companies to effectively respond to a crisis in order to protect their public image and ultimately, their bottom line. Your objective this week is to identify a recent crisis situation in the media that impacted a specific business or business and provide an overview of how the company responded. What leads to the crisis? Who was impacted by the crisis?
