I KNEED A RESPONSE/CITATION FOR EACH PERSON

Cardiorespiratory Endurance refers to the ability of the heart and lungs to deliver oxygen to the working muscles during high intense activity. I’ve learned that a few examples of Cardiorespiratory Endurance include swimming, running, cycling, and jumping rope. Those were a few high intense aerobic exercises. Getting regular exercise can improve your overall cardio endurance. A person can not live a long while without a healthy heart and or lungs. Cardio can also help a person sustain physical activity for a longer period of time. While reading up on this that a brisk face paced walk is also an example. Today I achieved 2 miles of brisk walking and a few squats. Everyday I push myself to do different exercises while on the track or in my home. Lately, I can tell a big difference since I’ve been exercising more, I feel lighter and I’m not tired as much. Exercising can really ease your mind. I have been having trouble with my heart/heart rate for the last two months. A normal heart rat should be between 70-90. My heart rate has been in the 120s. Long story short I cut back on some things and exercising more and I am not having as many problems as I have had. I think the elderly should participate in some sort of activity geared towards improving there strengths.

When dealing with cardiorespiratory endurance, it deals with your heart and lungs, which is something essential to live an overall healthy life. Putting yourself in the position to do exercises to help your heart and lungs, will definitely help you in the long run. Studies have shown that elders who go on walks every day and who did exercise in their younger years have seemed to live longer and healthier. Some of my personal favorite cardiorespiratory exercises are swimming when it is in season, and cycling. Both of those activities train my heart and lungs to be stronger and healthier and afterwards, i feel like i can breathe a little deeper and more energetic. Working on muscular strength and endurance can help you in multiple ways, such as growing muscles and helping your overall health. Some different exercises I also engage in to help my muscular endurance are lifting weights, or working out with resistance bands. After doing those exercises, it makes my muscles feel a little sore, but it lets me know that I will gain muscle in the process.
