In the first essay you are expected to describe three diverging perspectives on intercultural communication. Focus on their main characteristics. How do the perspectives differ from each other regarding views on culture and communication? How do the assumptions the perspectives are based on affect the way culture is understood? Discuss briefly in what sense you find them relevant.
