What are some fundamental reasons why such groups can be helpful for the bereaved?

1) Chapter 9 starts off the topic of loss and grief with a perspective on love that is highly profound. The basic premise was this… if we love anything or anyone, then we are inherently setting ourselves up for loss and grief whenever we encounter the moment we lose that which we love. With that in mind, I’d like for you to explore the following:
a) Should we limit the amount of people that we love so that we can limit the potential hurt we would experience if we lost them?
-Whatever your answer, explain the rationale for your perspective. Then, in terms of the quality of life that you would live, discuss the benefits/limitations that might exist as a result of the position you take.
