Our book reading and resources this week addressed the topic of times of prayer. Christians are advised by St. Paul to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thess 5:17). In addition to “praying always,” the Christian tradition very much promotes setting aside regular times for prayer. What are some ways in which both of these are possible in daily life? What do you think would be the value of doing this? You are invited to also share your own experience or thoughts on this topic.
