2) Describe your opinion on the computerization health records. What is the difference between an EMR and EHR? What are some of the pros and cons associated with computerized records? Be sure to back up your argument using material that you have learned in the modules over the course of the semester. We don’t have a chapter on medical records alone, but many aspects of our healthcare system rely on medical records. They provide a method of coordination. Are they helping to coordinate care among healthcare professionals or slowing down coordination. Be specific.
