What are the challenges presented at the local district, state, and national levels?

One page outline: provide a detailed outline of the
structure followed by an annotated bibliography of sources used. The
outline should
provide sufficient detail the
project. Use the questions as a guide for both the outline and the information
needed in the annotated bib. In
many cases the answers to the questions
can be used as the outline, and the annotated bib should support the answers to
the questions.

Questions:
1. How would you
describe the issue in terms of legal statues?
What are the challenges presented at the local district, state, and
national levels?
2. What is the
legal history of your topic? What cases have been ruled upon?
3. What problems,
hypothetical or real, might your topic solve?
4. What legislation
has been passed on your topic? Any
trends? Recent changes?
5. What is the
future for your topic area?
6. You are
encouraged to incorporate other ideas/readings into these questions so that we
can tie ideas together.

The Annotated bibliography should include cites to at least
three (3) peer-reviewed articles on the chosen topic and five
(5) relevant cases
and/or statutes. For each source, the student
should provide a proper citation (using the APA 7th ed.), each reference is followed by a
paragraph length annotation,
100200 words in length, and a short
description of the source
including how the source is helpful for this
particular assignment.

1. Must address the legal issues related to the topic.
2. At least 3 peer reviewed articles (note: peer reviewed)
3. 5 relevant cases and/or statutes. (Special Note to 5).
