What are the circumstances that brought you to apply for the Foundation Emergency Fund Scholarship?

What are the circumstances
that brought you to apply for the Foundation Emergency Fund Scholarship? I am currently taking the last two
classes for obtaining my Associates Degree in Business Technology. I have
exhausted all my FAFSA aid and will not receive any funds for the Fall
2021 semester.
What are the funds to be
used for? State to whom or to what organization / company you need the
forms for. Also include the mailing address of person or company. The funds will be used to cover my tuition
fees, which is the total of $1054.00. Payment should be made to Georgia
Piedmont Tech ATTN: Cashier Office 495 North Indian Creek Drive Clarkston,
GA 30021.
What other types of
assistance have you sought? If textbooks
are required I will need to purchase items for the classes.
What will you do to cover
such expenses in the future? I hope
to have completed the program by the end of December 2021,
How will this award allow
you to continue your education and help you achieve your goals? Receiving this award will allow me to
continue to earn my degree and achieve one of my biggest goals, I have
been pursuing this for some time. I
am extremely close to earning this milestone and I would be grateful for
the assistance.

prices. Also have attach a recommendation from my professor. Thank you for your
