The decline in loan sales over a one-year period.

Since
the start of the pandemic FCB Point Lisas has seen a drastic decrease
in loan sale. The customer needs for loans have shifted and became more
of a risk for management. Customer now needed loans as a form of
survival and everyday living rather than extra curricula activities such
as Christmas shopping, renovating or buying a new vehicle.
