The explanation for formats for all weekly Discussion Meeting assignments will be held in a synchronous meeting on Tuesday evening from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, if needed. This synchronous meeting will be taped for those students who may not be able to attend the meeting live. All future discussion boards will held in this format.
In Module #3, I may lecture on Chapter 4 in Erwin & Furlong’s textbook. We will also discuss G. Metzger’s article Administrative Law, Public Administration, and the Administrative Conference of the United States, George Washington Law Review, September, 2015, pages 1517-1539.
