What are the mitigation activities that can be used to reduce retaliatory behavior in the workplace?

See attached course project instructions. Included are the course overview and the Week 5 instructions. Week 5 is what’s due. The couse is Leadership and Organizational Behavior.
*I would like to use my company (UPS) and something along the lines of preventing workpalce violence when delivering bad new. For example like a termination or layoff.
*Or, something about hostile relations between the union and the company. With upcoming negotiations on a new contract, I thought that would be interesting.

I have also attached the week 2 assignent that I turned in. The feedback that I was given was: Good overview of the organization. The problem needs to be an Organizational Behavior or Leadership problem. It isn’t at this point. See the Announcements about possible topics.
Also need a problem stated in the form of a question to research and explore.
