What are three or four interesting facts about the case?

There is a discussion thread for each group. Each group will have the same case, but you will only have access to your groups discussion thread. A PDF of each case is posted in D2L. You will be required to read the case, and then discuss in your online thread the case. Your goal, is to discuss the case as a group similarly to the way you would in person. Though this is meant to flow as a conversation, it is an opportunity to practice business writing as well. Please respond in the thread at least 3 times.
Some questions to help guide you through the cases are
What are three or four interesting facts about the case?
How does the case relate to what we are studying?
What is personal or practical experience you have had (as a manager, employee, student, member of an organization, etc) that helps you relate to the case?
What is a conclusion you can draw/make from the case
What do you think worked well?
What do you think could have been done differently?
Specific Questions for this Case – These are meant to guide your discussion and help you think about the case as it relates to the most recent topics discussed.
Why do you think Chris was able to form a successful team?
Given the choice Chris is left with at the end of the case, what would you do? Why?
What do you think the breakdown between Chris and her manager was?
What happens when a team is working on one goal, but that does not necessarily fit in with the larger company goals?
Describe the breakdown, if there was one, of communication. How might it have been fixed?
