The purpose of the research paper is to discover the process in which vaccines are developed by looking closely at the extensive research and experiments that are conducted in order to develop and approve a vaccination for human use. I also want to be able to explain how vaccines are able to provide immunity to diseases and additionally how herd immunity is obtained and works to protect humans from disease.
I have decided on a few questions I want to be able to answer through my research. What are vaccines and how are they beneficial? What side effects and dangers do vaccinations pose to humans? Why is it important to vaccinate against diseases? What is herd immunity? Why are previously eradicated diseases becoming prevalent again?
The paper must cite at least 8 different references (no more than 7 years old), at least 5 of which need to be peer-reviewed articles from scholarly journals.
The final version must include acceptable spelling and grammar and be written in APA format in Times New Roman 12 point font, and 1″ margins, and double-spaced.
