After reading and/or watching the Zimbardo’s Stanford Prison Experiment, what are your thoughts about the experiment do you think the prison guard abuse had to do with their personalities? (i.e. aggressive, sadistic) or it had to do with the structure of the environment? (i.e. the nature of the roles involved and the power differential between the guards and the prisoners). Do additional research as necessary to gain a clear understanding of the experiment, then explain your reasoning.
