Within the Neoliberalism rises the perception that state service-aid organizations are predatory and ineffective at helping people in need. Some ways to counter balance the malaise of the state include privatization of the public sector thereby reducing or eliminating the involvement of the state in its provisioning of goods to the public with the expectations that non-profit organizations will then offer those services to society. What attributes do you think NGOs are perceived to possess that would warrant a better quality service provision and developmental outcome compared to the state?
