What can you say about your experience with the CAD you chose?

The following are instructions from my professor as we had talked
Using an architectural CAD of your choice, design a building plan fitting the following specifications;
land size: 50ft*100ft
Floors: 5 floors excluding the ground floor and rooftop
Units: should have three spacious 3-bedroom units in each floor. leave the ground floor for parking.
You should use your creativity to know what to include in each unit, like master ensuit, all ensuit, a pandri, etc, as long as the space is well utilized.

Deliver a layout (in pdf format) with the following aspects,

Floorplans
Elevations
Sections
A soak pit and septic tank layout (Assuming that the development is in an area with no adequate sewer system)
Slab layouts
any other feature as you deem necessary
In addition, upload a zip file with exterior rendering pictures from the three elevations

Then write a four-page (double-spaced) report addressing the following;
Introduction; general thoughts and facts on the use of CAD in Architecture
What CAD did you choose? why?
Compare the CAD you used with another known CAD used in architecture and state why you chose the CAD you chose over the other one.
What can you say about your experience with the CAD you chose? you can comment on the pros and cons, how easy or hard it is to navigate through the interface, use various tools and elements, quality of renderings and speed in rendering, etc.
Conclusion

Observe APA referencing and formatting style. Have at least 2 sources

All the files should be uploaded to the canvas before the stated deadline.

As we agreed, use Archicad, and compare it with AutoCad
