What characteristics would you like to see in your organization?

Although organizational theories may seem specific in defining characteristics, in reality many organizations reflect a multitude of structures, relationships, communication pathways and management styles. Considering your own professional experience in public service (or another organization), identify features that you can correlate to the ones presented by Henry.
Without identifying the organization or agency, discuss which assumptions, as discussed by Henry on pages 67 – 71, resonate most with your experience? If you were to have the ability (and money and time were no object), what would you change about your organization and why? What characteristics would you like to see in your organization? How might you go about changing your organization to reflect the ideal circumstance you desire?
