AB is a 72 y/o male who has recently been diagnosed with
Idiopathic Parkinson’s disease. He is experiencing symptoms of resting hand
tremors, moderate shuffling of gait with a forward leaning posture and
bradykinesia. He feels that symptoms are negatively impacting his quality of
life. He had previously declined pharmacological therapy but is now willing to
revisit this decision.
