You will examine the following questions:

What does the law reveal about the operations of racism, sexism, and heterosexism?
Why was this law created?
This assignment will require: 1) summary of the U.S. law, including its historical, social, and political context, 2) a critical analysis of its impact on our society which should examine the short term and long term effects.
Your assignment must contain the following:
