a. Students will form groups of 3-4 students with common clinical interests and identify a problem of interest that is relevant to current nursing practice.
b. Format the problem of interest as a PICO question.
c. Search for research articles (4 per student in group) that answer your groups PICO question. Articles must be data-based research reports and gleaned from nursingjournals/interdisciplinary health care journals. Medical and allied health journals are also acceptable. Articles should be no more than 10 years old.
d. Select and critically read each research article and place pertinent information in the evidence table template (provided in Blackboard). Submit table via email or Blackboard Messaging to course faculty (see course due dates).
e. Synthesize and critically analyze the body of research literature.
