Pick a topic that we discuss in this course (see syllabus). For example: Pollution.

For Mid-term Paper or Case Study:
Pick a case study that is related to the topic you pick. For example: Microplastic pollution.
Ask questions that are relevant to your case study. For example:
1) What are considered microplastics?
2) Where can microplastics be found in the environment, for instance: in drinking water, oceans, etc.?
3) What have the scientists reported, any findings on severity of the case?
4) What have humans done to the environment that cause microplastic pollutions?
5) How do microplastics end up in the environment?
6) Are there any implications of this pollution to human health?
7) What are the regulations that have been proposed or passed?
8) What are the recommended courses of action to handle the issue?
Find literatures and electronic resources related to the case study to answer those aspects above.
Read those resources.
Organize the content of your case study report and include the aspects above.
This mid-term paper will serve as a draft for your final paper as you will include what you have written and will be revised accordingly to be included in your final paper.
For mid-term paper, the length should be about 4-5 pages, double space, Times New Roman, 12 points, 1” margin.
Not included in your 4-5 pages is literatures and electronic resources cited (see guidelines below how to cite properly). Provide a title for your paper.
Minimum 5 resources are required for this case study
