What improvements would be made with the proposed design?

CE 307 Geometric Design of Highways Class Project Fall 2021
A major developer is planning to construct a strip mall due west of the Xchange Condos located in Secaucus, NJ. In anticipation of this development, the City of Secaucus has retained Professor Choudhry to select a civil/transportation engineer firm that analyze, recommend and design a new road layout that connects and services the proposed strip mall. The selected firm will not be involved in the strip mall itself but rather will concentrate on the surrounding roadway network into the strip mall area. You are given free latitude in deciding how to pursue this proposal but it will be of importance to impress the client (Professor Choudhry). There are three main categories that will be used in judging and evaluating your proposals:
Demonstrating your knowledge in transportation/highway design
Creativity
