I would like to have a write up of the findings from each reference/study. The references should use the technology adoption framework called Diffusion of Innovation theory. The write up should address how the theory influenced the adoption of technology in reference to these 5 characteristics; relative advantage, complexity, compatibility, trailability, and observibility. Use the findings from two references to address each characteristic. What influence did those five characteristics have on the adoption. Only need two references/studies for each characteristic.
