What is a good way to address a consequence of racial inequality? Examples include consequences from inequalities in education, housing, incarceration, employment, business development, health and medicine, etc. Create a means by which to address one of these consequences. Your creation could be a podcast, an essay, a business model, a plan for a grassroots organization, artwork, music, etc. Your creation must be original. What you create will not be assessed. In addition to the creation itself, however, you must submit an account of the creative process. Your account must be at least one double-spaced page. It must be written in paragraph form. Your account will be assessed based on the following three factors:
1. Why did you choose to address the inequality?
2. How does your creation correspond to the inequality it addresses?
(Would artwork, for example, help address the lack of minority business development in densely populated urban areas? If you choose to write an essay, why would someone be persuaded to address the inequality because of your argument?)
3. Identify at least two insights you gleaned from challenges during the creative process?
