You are required to use at least three resources to supplement your answers to the questions. These resources do not include the case study itself. These can be class readings or articles that you find on your own, but at least two resources must be academic in nature (e.g., book chapters, journal articles, academically inclined magazine articles like Harvard Business Review or Forbes).
My suggested structure for this short paper is as follows: introduction paragraph, one body paragraph for each case question (3 total), conclusion paragraph.
Case Study 3 is an interpersonal dilemma, so you will be using the information of the case to make the best possible strategies to deal with the following questions. Remember to use class readings or supplemental articles to help justify your choices:
What strategies should Brenner use to get MacFee “on board” with his decision to reimburse the customers (which went against MacFee’s original decision)?
How should Brenner respond to MacFee’s disrespect in their phone conversations the day before?
What is more important, getting MacFee “on board” with Brenner’s decisions or making sure that she learn to respect him and his authority?
