Using the tools covered in this course, develop a case study that presents the strategic analysis of a real issue or problem in a healthcare organization. The case study must be researched and realistic.
For this case study the topic will be: Addressing the current nursing shortage at Raymond F. Murphy VA Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM. You can utilize National data for nursing shortages if you are unable to find any data directly related to Raymond F. Murphy VA Medical Center.
You are only needing to complete the following section in the analysis:
– Introduction – Identify the problem or issue in a healthcare organization that will be the focus of the strategic analysis. Support the problem or issue with credible research.
