Directions from teacher: Write a persuasive response to the prompt below. your response must be between 325 and 400 words. you will not be writing a full 5- paragraph essay; you will write a one or two paragraph response that asserts your thesis and provides reasons for it. At least two specific examples of reasons/ evidence must be included in the response. This is a condensed argument essay that is the equivalent of one you might write in an in-person final exam during a one-hour period. There is no right or wrong answer, only how well you express, explain and support your view.
Your response will be graded for content, how well it answers the prompt, clear thesis statement, support of thesis, coherence, grammer, punctuation, mechanics and other aspects of good writing.
