What is the importance of Opening a group home for mentally ill children
There are people in this world that pick a profession and have no passion for what they do from day to day. Once you figure out what your passions are you will never work a day in your life. I love children of all ages and especially those with mental health issues. They really hold a special place in my heart. My purpose is to provide a safe space for them by opening a group home for mentally ill children. Which is what led me in this direction.
I love teaching and developing young minds. I want to make a difference in their life from day to day. Within my home I will personally learn each child and create an action plan with reachable an achievable goals. I know that working with mentally ill children will not be an easy task, however I am so passionate about children and because of my love the task will be much easier to achieve, than people will ever think. Regardless of what their mental status is they all deserve to be loved, nurtured, and respected. I understand that these tasks are not going to be easy. However, with my knowledge, passion, and drive me and my staff will make this world a little brighter for each and every child we bring into our home.
While I am developing my young minds, I understand every child is special and learning styles are diverse. As a facilitator it is my job to learn each child and discover his or her uniqueness and work alongside of them to make the most of their educational process and life skills. We will strive to be there and to assist every child meet their goals within the educational ram. We will be creative yet detailed, my goal is to teach the children, and all bring out those creative minds every step of the way.
