Review of key concepts from Module 6:
In this Module you learned about: (1) Democracy: a political system/form of government that promotes the involvement of the individual, but even here we can observe stark differences and (2) Centralized rule of the people: a political system/form of government that comes in many forms, such as dictatorships or a totalitarian system.
Assignment instructions:
Step 1:
First, please find one (1) short media clip (less than 10 minutes) of a speech. The speech should feature either a leader from a country that has a democratic form of government or a leader from a country that has centralized rule of the people form of government. In your initial discussion forum post, share the link to the short media clip of the speech you select. Also in your initial post include your answers to the following questions (see Step 2). NOTE: You are not permitted to select the U.S. Research to find out more about other countries of the world.
