Note:
(1) The appendix of your report should include all the pages of data sources you used to answer questions. Please highlight the numbers you used in your appendix.
(2) The appendix for bond data should include:
(a) search outcome pages from Morningstar
(b) Detailed data page for at least 5 bonds (due to a long list of bonds)

B. The following is the list of questions that you DO NOT need to answer for the first stage of individual data submission.
Step 2(1): Can you use the dividend discount model in this case?
Step 2(2): Using the historical market risk premium 6%, what is the cost of equity for Apple using CAPM?
Step 3: What is the weighted average cost of debt for Apple using the market value weights?
These questions are also highlighted in “Project Assignment.”
The instructions are attached. The instructions are written in the project instructions file. Ignore anywhere where it says group project. It’s meant to be a multipart project. There will be questions and some calculations to answer at first and then lastly a report. Please message if need more information. Paper doesn’t have to be amazing just answer enough of the instructions given, please.
