What problem are you solving?
Planners can be overwhelming and there are few businesses that make the right planner for students.
Planner Friendly will be able to not only provide a planner where all your responsibilities can be found in one area, it will give you the power to customize your planner that way you are in total control of the success of your future.
How do you make money?
The price of each planner is going to be $65.00 and I am offering 3 customizations which include templates for weekly tasks or homework assignments, class or work schedules, and personalizing the cover of your planner. Each customization is an extra $5 and could lead the price to being $80. If the customer uses all 3 customizations they will be granted free shipping for their order. This will incentivize customers to utilize the customizations and allow the business to make more money in order to eventually expand to incorporating more customizations in the future.
What is your marketing plan to grow the business?
Because our planners are going to be purchased online, my marketing plan to grow the business is through utilizing social media and investing into a customer service database that allows us to keep the records of customers emails to create a history of their purchases and send them emails about discounts and sales or new releases.
What is your unique value/ why are you different from other businesses in your space?
We are different from others such as Erin Condren because this planner will allow you to not only select your layout, but also include add-ins that you can personally choose. Other companies such as Erin Condren specifically do not have a wide range of customizing their products. Planner Friendly’s overall goal is to make sure that you are utilizing our resources to ensure that you are as successful as possible.
