What leadership style seems to prevail at the organization?

Throughout this course, we explored ways to improve the
organizations in which you can work.
The ways we can improve organizations is
through management and leadership, and therefore, it is necessary to examine
the complexity of
many of the issues managers and leaders face. This is
particularly critical in understanding issues of strategic management,
organizational
culture, organizational change and development, and managing
organizational growth. These topics are inherently complex and
interdisciplinary and require knowledge of many fields. You will select an organization (Unilever) and create a PowerPoint analyzing
its strategic positioning.

Part I (slides 1-3 are completed) provided an overview of the
organization (feedback was that the organization overview and culture
description
could have been more – you can make any suggestions?). Part II (slides 4-12 are completed) conduct a SWOT Analysis (feedback
was keep integrating literature sources, identify benchmarks, industry trends,

Part III (slides 13-20 – this assignment) describe the
leadership of the organization and identify issues and provide recommendations.
