Assignment Details
In recent years, specialty courts have evolved significantly to address the various underlying issues that can lead a person to engage in criminal behavior. These courts are often referred to as problem-solving courtsand offer diversion programs. Some of these problem-solving courts include drug court, veteran’s court, teen court, domestic violence court, and homeless court.
