It is amazing that ALL life forms have changed. Evolution is just change in a population’s genes over time. That time can be extremely long, or quite short. As long as there is a change in those gene frequencies, we know evolution has occurred. When we talk about scientific topics, it is so important to learn the ‘language,’ and not confuse it with layman’s terms.
Many of you may have heard of the laws of thermodynamics. Part of the laws is that chaos in the universe is always increasing. Thus, life needs to be able to adapt to in order to survive.
What makes something living (biotic) vs non-living (abiotic)? What about non-living entities, especially viruses? Do viruses evolve?
