Project Title:
The Servant Leadership Impact: Beyond cliches, providing
practical insights for the nonprofit sector.

Project Objective:
The purpose of my project is to explore the effects of
servant leadership through an individual and organizational framework, seeking
to highlight practical implications to help individuals and organizations in the
nonprofit sector. This project will test theories and assumptions from
literature by comparing with data collected, primarily through expert
interviews. I intend to utilize a content analysis, incorporating interview
data. During my research, I expect to find characteristics associated with
servant leadership at the individual and organizational levels. I also expect to
find commonly identified benefits associated with servant leadership being
practiced at the individual and organizational levels.
