The Webb reading states: “We need to understand what our customers value in order to make certain we create innovations and solutions that don’t just perform but far exceed expectations.” The “Enough” reading states it is possible for business to establish a stable but non growing economy. However, many companies have found that attempting to serve the wants and needs of buyers leads to more consumption, excess production, and resource depletion.
