Search for and select a code of ethics from a professional organization related to Business Psychology or Organizational Leadership (for example, SHRM, AOM, ODN, ATD, Society for Consulting Psychology, ILA, or SIOP) or your current career/profession.

Reflecting on the codes you reviewed (which includes the code of ethics for the APA as required reading for this unit), describe a situation where these ethics codes were tested for yourself personally at work or at school. Describe the situation. How did you handle it? What would you do differently based on what you learned this week? How does your response differ based on the codes of ethics you reviewed, e.g., APA and the second professional association’s code of ethics?
