I am arguing that politics play little to no role in this problem, and that the main contributing factor is economical.

This is an argumentative research paper. I will provide the sources that support the argument that while politicians may weaponize gas prices as a campaign tactic against their competitors, politics do not impact gas prices and gas prices are only impacted by economic factors such as supply and demand.
