This essay is for a college admission essay. The essay topic is “Tell us your story. What unique opportunities or challenges have you experienced throughout your high school career that have shaped who you are today?” You can talk about how cheer challenged me because I always had to pass my classes in order to participate, I had to learned to how to work with others. I also learned how to communicate and learn to challenge myself and push myself. I was also in orchestra and that was challenging because I had to learn how to sight read music and listen to timing and pay attention to the smallest details. I also had to multitask and I also learned how to collaborate with others. I am also am in a club called BPA ( Business Professionals of America ). I had to learn how to give business presentations in front of judges. BPA helped me develop and empower me to discover my passion. It also helped prepare myself for a career in today’s fast paced business environment. You can also put how junior year, when we had to learn from online) was very hard because I wasn’t used to it, but I had to adapt. Junior year was a very hard year because I had a lot. of family issues such as, not speaking with my mom and my dad moving out. But that made me stronger and that alone was a challenge I had to over come. Senior year I had to get myself together so I wouldn’t go through what I went through last year.
