What skills for building personal credibility and influencing others would you implement that would motivate subordinates to be “happy employee” and, hence, productive employees?
How would you go about motivating Leadership Attributes?
How and when would you conduct performance reviews? Annually, semi-annually, quarterly, monthly, or not at all? Provide a rationale for your decision.
