This reflection is about the 7 weeks i was in the class. The class is called Neurological bases of communication which is geared for a Speech Language Pathologist. Here are a few topics that was covered development of the nervous system, cells of the nervous system,brain trauma, neuroanatomy, anatomy and physiology of swallowing, hearing just to name a few topics.

My study habbits were mainly on the weekend due to having a busy schedule as an elementary teacher. Throughout theweek i would scan through the reading an don the weekends i would complete assignments.I felt that i was challenged because i was not confident in my work and i second guessed myself when it came to thinking about what to say to the patients family, listing activiting the patients can do
As a student i grew with more knowledge and gain confidence with researching and actually determine site of lessions, provide details on patiemts health condition and explain what activities may affect teh patients.
The first assignment was the most thought provoking. It required me to read serveral different chapters and i became defeated based on the expentation of the first week, The first week I had to complete a case study on 3 different idividuals. i had to answe these questions
