What were the keywords and limits used?

For this project, you should compile a full report using the sections that were included in the previous phases of the project. The report should be completed in APA format and style including the title page, margins, paragraphs, line spacing, page numbers, in-text citations, and references (including additional references beyond the course material, textbook, CEBM scale, and the articles you are analyzing). Your project should be no more than 2500 words.
Resources you will need:

I. Introduction (previously completed): Discuss your patient case including the patient’s chief complaint, condition, medical / family history, results of the physical therapy evaluation (special tests, scores), patient’s preference/values, and state the PICO question.
II. Methods (previously completed):
a. Statement of which databases were used.
b. What were the keywords and limits used?
c. What were the results of the search with the keywords?
d. What adjustments were made from the initial search?
e. What were the adjusted keywords for the next search?
f. What were the results of the adjusted search with the adjusted keywords?
III. Results (previously submitted): Include the following:
a. CATs that you submitted in Week 5, Summary of Evidence, Appraisal, and Clinical Bottom line. The other portions of the CATs (such as the case, PICO question, and search strategy) are included in other portions of the project. Use a level 2 heading (Article 1, Article 2) at the beginning of the summary.
IV. Discussion / Conclusion: This section should be a minimum of three well-developed paragraphs of original individual work where two articles are discussed to guide you to a conclusion related to your patient case and PICO question. You should use the articles you used in the CATs. The discussion/conclusion section should be a synthesis of the studies you selected and you should:
a. Compare and contrast the evidence in each study.
b. Include each study in the discussion.
c. Consider the evidence, clinical expertise, and patient preference/values.
d. Discuss actions you plan to take with the patient in response to the review. Indicate if the PICO question has been answered.
VI. References – Appropriately listed in APA style format, including a hanging indent.
