What were the nature and basic structure of the government created by the United States Constitution?

Write a paper that answers the following questions based on your reading in Give Me Liberty! Use only your textbook Give Me Liberty! (chapters 5-10) and be sure to cite it throughout your paper!

The essay paper should be 4-5 pages in length (not including the works cited), double-spaced, with
